    Dear good people,

I am planning to buy property in Brisbane and looking for buyers agent who can help me with the investment strategy and finding right property.

Can you please share your experience if you have used any buyers agents. good or bad and the result.

I used Karen from Property Zest earlier this year to purchase a property in Kallangur, after reading recommendations on here. She works really hard, has a good team and good systems in place, so I can certainly vouch for her.

    Rolf,
I have a budget of 350k, distance to city no matter as long as it meets my criteria.
what's your thought? I have seen some growth in North Brisbane. any particular area I should be looking?

My question related more around being able to work with a ba profile.

Some specialise in that 350 range stuff, some won't touch it

It's very hard to find a good BA because most of them don't work in the best interest of their clients. Aside from someone who's good, you really want someone ethical who wont just push you into the first house they find.

I've been very impressed in my dealings with @Simon L if you're interested in the south side, and I haven't heard a bad word about him from any of his direct clients on here either.
