    Logan area - hit up Simon Lu and have a chat. His got about a dozen properties in that area himself and posts some great info on it - seems to find some great deals for a few mutual clients.

    Lots of great BAs in Brissy and I'd second Andrew Allen and Zest (both have personally helped former clients of ours and they couldn't have been happier) Also check out other REBAA members:
    Members - REBAA

    Look for experience, make sure they have an office and/or BA on the ground (that they're not a fly in/fly out type BA coming from NSW or another state) ask for testimonials/references from recent clients and ensure you're comfortable with them and their service. Not all BAs are equal- trust me :)

    Any different suggestions for a negotiator / deal maker ?

    Where you have a specific property you want to buy - but it is not currently for sale (prepared to pay overs).

    Some excellent advice and recommendations - I have had some incredibly happy mutual clients with Karen from Property Zest and recently excellent outcomes achieved for mutual clients with Steven Ryan who works as Mortgage Broker going the extra mile for clientele
