    Hi

    I am looking at using a buyers agent for Brisbane in the Morton Bay area or there abouts.

    I've been recommended to look at Casa Property with Steve Winter however I am a little alarmed to find no reviews on him other than his site.

    Has anyone had any dealing with him or know of any site that can give a independent reviews of agents in the area?

    Andrew Allen and Karen from Property Zest are two highly recommended BA's for the area, search their names on the forum for reviews :)

    Never heard of Stephen Winter or Casa Property Solutions and as they're neither REBAA or REIQ members you will need to conduct your own research here. Always check credentials, experience, genuine client references (ask for written testimonials and phone numbers of recent clients) and good luck!

    Hi I never went ahead with it however I did question a bit about Steve Winter. He was kind in refunding the fee since my business partner pulled out a day after paying it however it was a bit of follow up to get it paid back. I would look at using again but would also be happy to look at others if need. Good luck
