    Hi All,

Long time reader, first time poster. For the past 2 months I've been trying to find a suitable property to buy as our first IP. Too much information and my head hurts - decided that it may be easier to get a professional on the case.

Anyone able to recommend a good buyer's agent in the Brisbane area?

    Thanks.

I declare an interest since I am secretary of REBAA. But try a few phone calls to Brisbane members to see who you feel most comfortable with -

Thanks for that, will give them a call tomorrow. Anyone able to share a particularly good experience with a buyer's agent (in the budget of up to $600k)?

Don't use Metropole. From personal experience they aren't great.

I've sent you a private message with a "do not recommend".

I highly recommend Property Zest. They helped me with a purchase earlier this year.

Talk to a few however and ask for sample reports.

I'd second @Propertunity here- check out the REBAA members and let us know how you go.
    Best of luck.
