    Wanted to check if anyone has used Matt from yourpropertyhound to buy properties in Brisbane. I see recommendations for Karen from PropertyZest and Allen. Wanted to check if anyone used Matt to purchase in Brisbane suburbs?

    Just saw on google. They have 133 reviews and clients have endorsed them 5* .....not even 4.7/4.9 overall star rating!!

    I’m sometimes sceptical about a company that has hundreds of 5* review (and in some cases 100% 5* reviews). A BA service is very personal and the quality is subjective, as such I would’ve thought there would naturally be clients who give a 3/4* review even though the BA did a great job.

    and also most of the reviews chose the same positives ie. “Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value”. I’ve got nothing against this guy particular BA, but just highlighting the red flags.

    The same could go to recommendations made by members of this forum. But I believe a recommendation made here would carry a bit more weight than Google review.
