    Hi all I have been confused with different types of zoning so I posted a question here: Understand Victoria zoning. However it seems very quiet in the other room so if you have a few minutes could you please shed me some light? Thanks

    215 Broadway Reservoir went for 1.5million today, admittedly a corner block, but a big rebound from 1-2yrs ago when 131 and 143 broadway, were selling around 1.1million at the peak before the downturn
