    I reckon still good value given the future zoning and 420k vs 380pw isn't too bad. Though ideally would be a touch higher with the rental return.

    The area ...had grown steadily. Just over two years go you could pick $360k renting for 410pw. Good potential IMO.

    expensive for that sized block in kallangur wait until Christmas bargains abound...

    How many bathrooms? And I'm assuming this is a 3 bedder highset? Has downstairs being built out or just garage space? $420k sounds a bit steep but I guess it depends on the location, internal condition of the house and future potential .

    Also if $380 rent is being told by the selling agent then suggest you check with another agency for rental appraisal.
