G’Day. I'm a 45 year old electronics engineer, in Brisvegas (with a South African past). My wife and I have a great home in Ferny Grove, and an IP in Warner purely by accident ,and I have now just bought my 2nd but intentional IP. They both have an OK yield. I plan to grow our portfolio to many more homes, as I fantasise about quitting my day job I thoroughly enjoy reading all the knowledge that is shared here. Thank you all you experts. Haha, you’re right does sound like a good accident to have. Its was my primary residence and at the time that I decided to sell it I could hardly re-coup my cost, and it was favourable to put a tenant in it. I did not intend on have an IP back then.
