    Hi experts

    What are some good locations to buy a house(for staying around 10y) in Sydney in the 1-1.2m range. Key things for us:
    a) Safety
    b) Decent commute to city and Parra by public commute - max 1h.
    c) good amenities nearby

    Some appreciation in the long run would be preferable.

    30 min by bus to Parramatta ( from Town Centre )
    55 min to city on Metro once extension from Chatswood opens 2024
