HOBART: Your conveyancer and accountant recommendations

Just wondering if anyone who has bought/invested in Hobart can recommend a reliable local conveyancer/solicitor, an accountant and a building and pest inspector.

What were ballpark costs - NB - certainly not looking for the cheapest/most expensive, anything else, just understand that there are ranges in expertise and price.

 

each of mine was between $800-$1000. so cheap compared to sydney!
