Looking at Tasmania as an option for a future purchase. Has anyone had any experience and can recommend a good conveyancer for this region? Thanks.

EL conveyancing in Launceston . Don't know if they work outside launnie . I was recommended them by a forumite who has multiple properties and we found them very thorough and professional .

Wouldn't recommend the one we used in Hobart .

We only found out about the road reclamation order on the property five years after we bought the property when we got a notice from council that they were removing it .....

Also only informed that our block of units was part of a larger strata the day before settlement ...

Tassie is different . No need for any or very little disclosure on behalf of the vendors .

Tell who you are using that you haven't bought there before and ask them to explain everything thoroughly and if you have any concerns ask questions of them .
