And how do you expect the data to help you make decisions?

NSW & Queensland mainly. Rental history trends, recent sales, etc. also which are the best websites for researching infrastructure, population, employment, diversity in an area etc.

So far I’ve just been using the usual ones that show up first in a Google search, plus looking up government sites/local council resources. Others I have noticed are paid. I’m wondering if they are worthwhile? In which case are any known to be superior?

Is there a place to see how many properties sold per suburb? Similar to stock on market from SQM or we have to go through sold section and manually count it?

    Like per month, per year?
You could run a report over a time period on rpdata but it's pretty much the same as counting.

Yes - people talk about how many months to sell available stocks for that suburb. We know how many are up for sales; but need to find a way to see how many are sold in the last few months for example. Seem like almost manual counting is the way then. Thanks a lot.
