    Hi Peeps

I'm looking at a property in QLD with a bit of down slope and an electric box in front (see attached). Should I be concerned about flooding ( the property in not in flood zone)?
The electric box is on the extreme side front of the property. Can that affect the resale if/when I decide to sell in future?

Visual Blight which wont ever go away.

Reason that this property is slightly lower price, but that lower % age will almost always be maintained

    Water runs downhill.

Check the level of land behind the house, so long as the slope continues flooding shouldn’t be an issue.

If you are questioning then 99% others will question exactly the same thing. And if you are hesitant, 99% potential buyers will also be hesitant.
