Hi, would really appreciate a third opinion from that anyone lurking on this forum.
I have come across a corner property that was decent (can't subdivide but almost 600sqm), but what threw me off is that the fence on one side of the property is curved into the lot to make room for a large steel container that says something along the lines of "high voltage. Please don't touch". Therefore, the container is outside of the fence but technically if the lot was a rectangle, it would be on the lot.

Is this container going to cause issues when trying to rent out or sell the property in the future? I do anticipate such a large lot will tend to attract families with kids so it might cause issues there.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Apologies! I posted in the wrong forum but I don't know how to move it to the right one. If someone could teach me how, I'll fix it right away

    It's a HV kiosk ie mini-substation.

    No-one will notice (much).

They buzz/humm a bit, explode occasionally but are generally good neighbours.

You may need to check if there are any easements for power through the property or adjoining properties.
