haha, he's good - likes to think he's helping but the painting can get a bit tricky if he wants to help a bit too much!

Geeze, it would be pretty awesome seeing him gallop through the paint tray and then through the house!

Hope you took to that with an axe, the good old fashioned way.

Thanks! I strongly believe I could achieve extra $10/wk for new appliances. So 120 weeks to breakeven, which is like 2 years. Not too bad, ROI-wise. Bank valuation should be higher with new appliances for equity pull.

Fair enough. I'd be happy with 2 years ROI.

My weekend project included having a recently bereaved friend over for Sunday Lunch.
I couldn't bear to think of him sad and lonely. Put 'everything else' off until next time.:)

    Good stuff.
I'll have to have a go at that soon. Either that or pay someone to do it.

The electric chainsaw is brilliant but not suited to this job. We have spent way too much time on one small job. Not full time, but here is the end of day 3.

No... they are just sand temporary structures. Temples would need planning approval ;)

As per the Census thread, here's the Camper trailer this morning with the new wheels and axle

O it wasn't me. I sat on PC most of the day and just looked pretty. That's the underpaid husband's handy work. (I did hose the driveway though)
