    Thanks MTR and Propin... First investment so trying to make the least amount of mistakes as possible :confused:. Strata's are low, pretty much just building insurance. Have had it checked out, think I'll have a go at it.

    Unit 3 would be the one inside. Looks good and I can see myself living there. The front 2 are better but possibly asking for a bit more. :)

    Yes I've got it under offer.

    Pretty sure the front 2 are only one bathroom from my research.
