Magazines like this may have actually contributed to the need for greed and glorification of being gun property investors, no doubt.
If some of the failed mining town investors leveraged to death did not fall for the hype from this type of material, they wouldn't have got burnt like they did.

I met this guy (@kierank) recently and he was a grumpy old bugger and doesn't seem to be very ethical IMHO.

To me he was blunt and very brutal.

Can anyone on PC recommend a good Defamation Lawyer?

They will need to be totally devious, totally blunt, totally brutal and totally unethical:) :).

Just faff something about trying to be a good landlord and paying for repairs. That's ethical and good right?

How about I am a good landlord I will make sure rent is paid (or evict them) and at the market rate and will organise repairs when needed but will not pay the tradie to improve my CF and reduce my NG impact on the government.

Investor of the year 2017 here I come!

I always like seeing new people receive awards then the same old people all the time. But in all honestly, I've personally met some wonderful mentors that's easily smokes any of these investors of the year people, respectfully speaking, but they prefer to keep a low profile.

Looks like I miss out on all the categories :(

Did you know that the rise in our Moreton Bay properties this year has balanced out the Gladstone loss from the year before?

NAB sent us a brochure last week stating that we are Valued Customers and we should get another credit card or two?
