Hello, we are selling an apartment in Milton, Qld and think we have picked the wrong agent :(
So we are going to let this one run its course and get a new one, does have anyone have any suggestions how to obtain an agent that works for the client. The biggest problem is that this apartment is rented and we dont want to upset the tenant.

Has anyone got any suggestions or agents they can recommend in the area.

Why do you think you have the wrong agent? What if these guys find you a buyer?

The property went on the market in early December which is probably the wrong time of year and I am the one who has to prompt him for information and in course of the conversation, he suggests dropping the price. We are already going to make a capital loss on the property and we are trying to tidy things up before the interest only loan finalises and we are trying to tidy up our assets so we can retire in a few years time.

Maybe your asking is too high.
    Gains arent guaranteed.
The market doesnt care what your intentions are.
Not getting the price you want doesnt mean your agent is bad. Selling just before christmas, tenanted, with a high asking. Maybe your asking isnt realistic.

    Hi Carol_Pth,

If you need any assistance I'd highly recommend the team at Graczyk Thompson (Home - Graczyk Thompson Real Estate).

Adrian & Matt are transparent & honest and if your require help on the rental side, their Property Managers can also help you.

the tenant by their choice is on a month to month tenancy, so it might be worth asking them leave

Trying to sell with a tenant in place is painful for everyone involved. You also limit your market - owner occupiers won't be interested
