    Hi guys,
I plan on writing a Will leaving everything to the family in case i cark it a bit early but they are all overseas and none of them is an Australian Citizen like myself.

Just wondering if there are any gotchas with leaving assets to overseas beneficiaries.

I need to do the same for Super too as i don't have any nominated beneficiaries on there too.

    Cheers

If you have assets in another country you should have a will prepared in that other country to deal with the assets.
