    The current party is winding down, Sam. Lots of people called it quits at the right time and left before it got ugly, but there are plenty of people who will be waking up with sore heads and wondering what happened. A few people are sure to find themselves waking up in the backyard lying in vomit - and not necessarily their own. You'll be early to the next party.

    Logan and Moreton Bay are not my target areas and not inline with my strategies/goals. I can't really tell you much about them other than I wouldn't invest there because I'm not interested in that distance from the Brisbane CBD. There are other threads on those places if you do a search.
