Wood look tiles - good idea for IP?

    Hi all,

    If I want to replace the carpet in an IP, would wood look tiles be a good option?

    Need something that is cost effective, long lasting and appeal to tenants.

    Or should I go for traditional tiles?

    What about engineered timber, or vinyl timber look flexible planks?

    What sort of house is it?

    1980s-90s brick house in Logan, QLD.
