    I need a good solicitor who is an expert in the drafting of Wills & Estates in Newcastle, any suggestions ... thanks

    Expert....Hmmm. I would argue most solicitors in general practice are experienced in general estate planning or at least one in the practice will

    Trust me the average lawyer doesn't know much about wills. They would add a name to a 3 page template and charge $440 for it.

    Why?

    It is a specialised area, if you wanted family law advice you would go to someone specialising in this area rather than the average lawyer that does a bit of everything. similar here.

    We have dealt with Sean Shotter regarding two estates in the last 3 years. Have also dealt with him regarding POA's and Guardianships.

    Try the NSW law society website. You can filter your search for those who are specifically accredited with estate planning.
