    Don't understand what Josephine or the owner is meant to do... seems like lj hooker's concern is their tenant is breaking lease.

    Josephine is not responsible for her tenants' actions like a mother of a 5yo kid. What does lj hooker want her to do?

    I guess I would wonder what they would do if it was owner-occupied rather than an IP? Caveat emptor
