We bought a lovely block in brisbane 2 months ago and it still has a silt fence out the back where the developer did regeneration works.

Who takes this down? Does the developer come back and do it? Council? Us? Any advice appreciated. Thks

It's likely that one will also be required when you build - do you need to remove it now (and cause silt/mud pour onto the street).

Happy to keep it whilst we build. Just wanting to fund out if it's a developer task or ours
