4 days after moving into a property, the shower leaked through the wall into the walk in robe. The sellers never had this problem while living there, building and pest inspection didn't pick up a problem.
The sellers had done the bathroom renovations themselves and not used a plumber.
Buyers insurance won't cover them due to it being a DIY.
Who is liable for repair? Buyer or seller?
    This is in QLD.

    Thank you.
Are buyers able to take seller to court and win due to the fact thst the plumbing was not done by a licensed plumber?

You would have to read your contract - probably unlikely.
