    Hey guys,

I am currently trying to analyse market trends, etc.

I have access to google, RPData and obviously ABS.

Where should I be looking (with regards to the Darwin market), for actual market charting?

    TIA

REINT has a freely available monthly report which is great.

SQM research has stats for the territory too...but they are completely different to REINT..although the trends are usually both the same.

Then there's ABS for population stats...but be careful here as they are a bit out of whack with what is happening on the ground and due to the small sample size (eg..they reported a growth in palmerstons population after the prison opened).

NTG has some great insight into the overall economy too at nteconomy.nt.gov.au

I've also been charting the number of listings for sale in Darwin/Palmerston for a few years. Hit me up if you want access...
