Which one is a good perceived value for window blind?

    When renovating, I need to install a blind in 3br IP house.
    Which one is a cost effective and a good perceived value for window blind?
    I just want minimise the cost but impress a new tenent.

    Hint Kmart holland blinds or verticals might cut it in Dhurruk but don't cut it in Parsley Bay.

    It is in the Slacks Creek ( South East Queensland ). The horizontal roller blind looks good.
