    Hi,

I have a broken PVC pipe in the ground which I would like to fix. ideal solution is to dig the area cut broken section and replace it with new section. But I am looking for easy option.

As you can see from picture it is more than just a leak but it's not too bad either.

I am not sure if it is just a rainwater pipe or sewer pipe. If it is a rainwater pipe then pressure will be higher than that of sewer flow.

I am thinking to use a small patch of pvc pipe and glue it using Araldite

i am not sure how strong Araldite bonds on PVC.

Can you please suggest a better way or what I am doing is just fine?

    Thanks

This is a gravity fed system - there is no pressure unless you're pumping the water.

Stick with primer and pvc adhesive - two pats and follow directions.

With the left over you can make a matching wallet and belt.
