I personally hate claiming on the bond, but it's always good to know its there as a backup. Lucky I have a good pm who takes care of this for me :)

It's not great when the tenants lose them.
Make sure to do a stocktake if/when they move out.

@EN710 we have the same problem. We just have to shower with door open. We live in an apartment too.

I recently bought what looked good with a high volume airflow and a self-closing draught stopper etc.I wrote our a feeback card to Bunnings and suggested they test it. An A380 makes less noise. A few days later they called me and were somewhat shocked when they tested one. - Labelled as low noise.

It was a IXL IXL 250mm Eco Ventflo Exhaust Fan

    Dont buy it.

I'm a sparky, so I always go overboard with my own place, however, I go a 200mm exhaust fan over the shower plumbed into the same duct as an IXL in the cnetre of the room, venting out the eves.

    Overkill however 100% effective.

I usually put them on the light circuit, however if I'm doing it for someone else, I run anew circuit.

Even no a new circuit is completely unesscary for an exhaust fan, it makes you a lot more money I like your style.

I like it attached to the light in an IP.
They might not like it in Winter, but prevents some issues by always being on when the light is.
