Good plan, im hoping for something similar.
The way i see it technology has come a long way and we still have further to go, i expect flying cars will become an option in maybe 20 years this will render traffic/distance a non issue.
Alternatively self driving cars should be the norm by then, a self driving car with a bed sounds quite nice :)

Currently mid house self-move ... so horizontal on the couch watching nothing much in a pre-nap position would be great ... not likely to happen for another 10 days as will be spending the last three cleaning the current house to it's core

Ashby Heights is on the western side of the Clarence river. With that budget you will be able to pick up a lovely home on possibly a hectare of land if so desired. It is becoming a more sought after area due to its somewhat rustic feel.

Awesome TAJ thanks a lot. Exactly the reason why I'm looking. They've farmed for most of their lives so they just wanted something over that way.

Just need to get enough info for them to make up their mind :) they used to grow gerberas and several flowers and now just want to slow down and do veggies and chickens ahaha.

This looks pretty awesome, been on the market for nearly a year. Will try and organise a viewing anyway.

    Thank you.

Ps... Any fires/flooding or flood maps to be aware of? You can tell how English I am ahaha.

Currently, the ISS is my next dream location to stay/live for a time :D
100% selling everything won't get me a NASA visitor pass though.....

A lot of the area is on high ground, hence it being called the Heights.
Remembering anywhere close to a river is subject to flood zones. I believe a visit to the area is a must.
It would be fair to assume that if a property has been on the market for a lengthy period either the vendors are holding out for the price advertised or other properties in the area offer better value.
I suggest contacting the agent and arranging an inspection. They may even have something more desirable.;)

Beautiful, sparkling Adelaide beaches are a good idea. Such a chilled out spot at Moana with the lovely Pizza cafe.
