    Well I thought I might as well jump on the spruiking bandwagon and perhaps increase the value of a property or two in Sydney West surrounds :D

    Wouldn't buy in syd. Would look at Brisbane and Melbourne, then Sydney. Then ( after a big gap) perth and Adelaide.

    I wont divulge all, or go into it too much, but consider splitting the $400k into 4 x $100k deposits. Why look at 1 x site, when you now have the option of 4.
