Probably not a heap of cg at this stage, possibly will as more people may be priced out of
Melbourne and may decide to relocate but who knows. Yep possibly to far out to commute to the city every day for most (some people do) but theres still local employment for those willing to relocate.

I think the cg will come once the dust settles on the Hazelwood closure but if you're looking for good yield and a nice newish house for around the 250 - 300k mark you can't go wrong. They will be spending millions on the rail into the City and because of the Hazelwood closure a lot of funding coming here to crate jobs. There is also a Uni at Churchill which is 15 minutes away. So if you're prepared to hold onto the property for a while it could be a great little buy

Traralgon seems to be heating up a bit atm vacancy rate is under 1% for houses and stock is moving a lot more. Have noticed houses that were sitting on the market for a while now being sold, and the economy seems to be moving along quiet nicely. My mate has just rented out a couple of his houses to professional couples moving down from Melbourne so it might be the start of people being priced out. May be a watch this space, Time will tell of course...
