Where to obtain Land Valuations

    A property has a house on it that needs a knock down and rebuild, where can I find an estimate of the land valuation as support for the sales offer? Do Residex or similar valuations provide that in their report?

    In NSW .... Council, LPI...but that has nothing to do with what land will sell for....

    Unimproved land value is available via the BOQ phone app. Put in the address, email the report.

    As above, has nothing to do with the 'retail' value.

    You can search real-estate.com.au, put in sold, and tick land only for comparables. Or SQM research, search your suburb and look for $/m2 of sold stock.

    On the house property history includes rateable land values.
