What are the following places like to live and buy home: Denmark WA Dunsborough WA Townsville Qld Cairns qld Mackay Qld Adelaide hills SA Fleurieu peninsula SA St Helens tas Dover Tas Work, medical facilities, Amenities Cost of living, property price, property quality, Community, nature, fire hazard, Flood hazard, drought hazard, Any recommendations budget 500k
Those are wildly different options. As much as they might be nice places in thier own right some of them are very remote. Denmark WA for example is nice, but its quite a way from Perth, and if you dont have connections to Perth than its basically as far from anywhere else as you can get. Maybe narrow it down to a state or climate you want to be in first. Adelaide Hills or Cairns would suit me the best from that last but thats simply because my own life circumstances are unique to me, not necessarily because they are 'the best'.
The only ones I can comment on are the Southern Suburbs of Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills which I like. The Adelaide Hills would be a fire hazard, as many bushy areas are. I love the freedom of the southern coastal suburbs of Adelaide and itβs not far on the expressway to get into the city. Depends on how much you want to pay and what type of property you want.
