    What are the following places like to live and buy home:

    Denmark WA

    Dunsborough WA

    Townsville Qld

    Cairns qld

    Mackay Qld

    Adelaide hills SA

    Fleurieu peninsula SA

    St Helens tas

    Dover Tas



    Work,
    medical facilities,
    Amenities
    Cost of living,
    property price,
    property quality,
    Community,
    nature,
    fire hazard,
    Flood hazard,
    drought hazard,
    Any recommendations budget 500k

    Those are wildly different options.
    As much as they might be nice places in thier own right some of them are very remote.

    Denmark WA for example is nice, but its quite a way from Perth, and if you dont have connections to Perth than its basically as far from anywhere else as you can get.

    Maybe narrow it down to a state or climate you want to be in first.
    Adelaide Hills or Cairns would suit me the best from that last but thats simply because my own life circumstances are unique to me, not necessarily because they are 'the best'.

    The Regional Queensland locations have their pros and cons for investment and lifestyle.

    The only ones I can comment on are the Southern Suburbs of Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills which I like. The Adelaide Hills would be a fire hazard, as many bushy areas are. I love the freedom of the southern coastal suburbs of Adelaide and it’s not far on the expressway to get into the city. Depends on how much you want to pay and what type of property you want.
