    Trolls trolling trolls trolling trolls

You could be seen in the same light given you have gone from someone agonising over a Liverpool purchase now going on a Sydney buying spree

    No.
I'm done. I just finished an addition to PPOR and .
I added a Granny flat to my Liverpool one finished only 2 months ago.
It's now CF neutral before depreciation. Maybe CF+ after but I'm not counting any tax benefits as that is simply icing.

I'm simply waiting now for Airport to start ramping up construction as it's good for the areas. Alot of new commercial estates are being built back of Hoxton Park so employment opportunities are their.

Next will be 2 years of peace. Aim to pay down as much of PPOR as I can as this is a very large debt that hurts the most. But kids and wife make all worthwhile.

Look i always keep my cards open.
I never hide where I bought or what I did.

What upset s me is people who have missed the Sydney boom and have been talking it down since 2014.
But they don't disclose that they made a mistake.

I was positive on Sydney and for over a decade have invested into this city. Others like @Leo2413 also never hide this. So if your cards are open and you invested as.per what you said on the forum you have no agenda. Your are not manipulating some one because you are doing what you recommend and disclose to others.

What’s currently happening with the market and where things are currently heading is what is important.

If I want to hear about the past I’ll go hang out at the old folks home. If I want hear what the world will be like in the year 2060 I’ll watch a sci-fi movie.

I would not trust anyone who’s not willing to discuss what’s currently happening.

How do you know they were same person? even IP address is not a guarantee.

What constitutes trolling? where they abusive or not respectful? are there any guidelines for PC?

I want to make sure a site which I trust, where I put effort to share opinions and learn does have a process in place and not willy-nilly ban posters on flimsy grounds like difference of opinion.
