    I am looking for buying a house in Melbourne for investement purpose. My budget is under 600k. I am looking at Melton, Hampton park, Weeribie, etc. If you please suggest me which suburb has the potential in next 8 to 10 years.

    With that budget, we’re seeing people investing in Ballarat, Bendigo, outer Geelong and larger units in outer Melbourne.
