    Frankston has become red hot recently. Looking for advice what land size/locality with a budget of up to 800K. Obviously Looking for development potential.

    Central Frankston is where the money is ATM. Alot of Dev blocks in there recently I have seen. Also a couple near Bradshaw st aswell

    Sauber, any thoughts on the area in and around the Power Center and the jubilee park?
    Also saw a news article that there a big development coming up by the Spotlight hotel group for Leawarra any idea that is still happening or was that just an article.?
