It shows sydney and mel are the strongest, with moderate grwoth in SEQ.
    This is not surprising.
What will be important thing is what is going to happen in the future?
Will sydney moderate? Will melbourne? Will brisbogan take off? and the timelines around all of these questions? These are crystal ball questions...mine ios made out of diamonds and has a gold ( 24 karat) base.
    Thats how i roll:)

You mean to say that there is a country outside of Syd/Melb?! And they are NOT having an affordability crisis??!

    No. Way!

Would be more interesting to display the same as the positive but have colours for the negative/losses.

NSW, Victoria, Tasmania, ACT are winners. Add SE QLD and the part of SA closest to Victoria. The rest... not so hot....

Would be nice to zoom in on the hot capitals, but not to worry.

Interesting. Look at the Gold Coast. You see it's the closest part of SEQ to coastal NSW....

Spoke with an agent tonight. He reckons a year ago knockdowns in North Epping were selling for around 1.45m. He said that they now sell for around 1.6m.
    Crazy....
    Sure it can't last...

These areas are all from a lower base than Sydney. Less money is required to show the cg numbers so I'm not too surprised.
Dollar value gains is entirely different.
    Overall not surprised.
Easy to clean BRICS money in the areas of high growth in the map. Plenty of opportunities.
