    Bit of a strange article. If Brisbane is only forecast to rise 1.7% why are they not talking about Sydney and Melbourne more where they predict 'cooling but solid growth?' What exactly does this entail? 4-5%?

    Terrible article. Absolute garbage. Increase less then CPI.. seasoned investors will see right through it.
