    I posted this yesterday.

    Give it 6 months??? I cant predict the future but I can see what is happening in terms of finance and have spoken to a number of mortgage brokers, they know what I know...

    Perhaps 12-18 months... I think we will start to see a tipping point in 6 -9 months , but it takes a while for the changes to roll through the market.

    The article does point out this is very regional/area specific, though the control measures blanket everywhere. One would think that more targeted approaches could be more appropriate, but just harder to implement? Similar to the other thread, the question is, what effect will market corrections in these booming extremely priced areas have on areas that aren't/haven't boomed and are still as affordable as over a decade ago?
