That's mainly to do with otp apartment market @sash which has been discussed for a while...If property in epping dropped by 20 percent I will jump in!
The impact of nw rail is yet to be examed. From Cuddgeecon to Chatswood will only take 37min and you can get a two storey house in schofields for 800k, I see the value there but let's see how the train line pans out.

This weekend's preliminary results for Sydney are lower than last weekend's, much lower than same weekend last year, and lower than same weekend 2016 when prices were falling. Given the low response rate, the final clearances should be in the 50s which denotes price falls to come.
    But do keep spruiking away...

Is the below a good investment:
2 bed unit in macquarie park , built in 1973 , rent yield about 3.7% at this stage.
++ close to city , shopping mall , university , hospital and lot of companies .All these will attract tenants

--- Too many new apartments coming up around macquarie park

I havent heard anything of that sort. Also, I feel close to the macquarie center there are still lot of old units which may attract the builders than the unit I am after . This is like 15mins walk to macquarie center..
