    $335k

    638m2
Last sold price $238k in 2012
Low housing commision area of Nowra 3.7%
Hard to get recent sold data for Nowra as most Real Estates wont disclose the sale prices to websites.

Only bought 4 years ago. Someone aint making money in all likelihood.

PR data CMA puts it broadly at 271-325k.

According to the agency, they believe that the property will sell over $320K and possibly $340K.

Number 49 is up for rent at what I believe is this properties achievable rental of $330pw so even at their lowest estimate it is not a great return.

However, if there is not enough outside interest, it needs to be sold and this auction is left to the locals then there is a chance that it may go lower.

I purchased one not too long ago for $240K so happy to see this go as high as it can.

Hmmm I'd imagine $300K or up to $310K maximum. Possibly less though, because post-APRA, regional areas like Nowra might be harder to move, and less likely for buyers to overpay.
