Everyone loves chest day... dumbbell press probably. If I could ride, it would be riding - mountain biking.

Any running. Have been doing long distance stuff for the past few years. Love it!

I'd have to go with this too at the moment.
    Deadlift is pure power.

Does 'jogging my memory' or 'brain training' count? [IMG]

These are a couple of demonstrations of my other favourites (some more physical than others): [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Skiing and yoga are the most fun for me and fantastic ways to tone up.
Ocean swimming is wonderful but watch out for the kilos if and when you stop.

Running is good too if you can settle in. Sure is one of the 'easiest' ways to look good.

Pole dancing and its variations are quite popular for fitness these days, is that what you are referring to?

Lying flat, and lifting heavy weights filled with liquid with my right hand, and studying lots of various medias, whilst reading crime murder mystery novels.

Nah; seriously; love running, but I can't afford one of those arm band heart rate thingys you have to wear, so had to give it up.

Nah; seriously, running, golf (not really an exercise in my book unless you are on your own with no-one ahead of you to slow you down) and believe it or not; my job - workshop and tyres, a bit of bike riding on the old clunker.

Of course; it's about to start snowing, so skiing, snowboarding and more lying flat lifting heavy weights filled with liquid.
