Nil as an employee for five years.

3-4 sickie days as employer, but that's because I worked 7 days. Gave staff day offs instead of myself.

I've average about 15 days each year. There real sick days too, I always seem to get sick from other work members that come to work sick, and pass on gastro or colds. Not happy

Wow... Lots of public service hate.
Iv been public service for 5 years - I can tell you that anything past 3 sick days without a certificate raises red flags. No way any of the departments of worked in (I'm a project manager so Iv moved around a few) would allow anything like what is being described here.
The only thing close to this that I've heard is my sister in law - works for CBA, had unlimited sick leave and took great advantage of that. Not sure if even she got up to 65 days in a year though.

For those that have next to no sickies, is this due to fantastic health or are you still dragging yourselves in whilst ill?

I had 1 day off over 6-7 years, then I had a son. Had at least one day off a year since due to him bringing gastro home.

For me in my first job I just didn't get sick. When I had an operation I had to take six weeks off but day to day I think I would have had maybe two days a year - genuine sick days.

For my casual and then PPT retail job (last five years) I didn't have one day off. I was probably working an average of three days a week but due to being first call for everyone else's sick leave I often worked four days a week (weekends and Thursday nights too).

I enjoyed the work and didn't feel the need for sickies unless I really was sick.
