    I have 1 IP holding me up from doing anything.
    Had it for 6yrs, Minus growth,Negative geared,zero equity and Crossed with PPOR
    All through the Lack of understanding and very bad advise from the start, and over the years.

    I wish I had read and learn t before hand, from other investor,and not after it was done.
    5 yrs ago is what made me find somersoft searching for answers and after reading info on what I had got myself into my jaw dropped.
    Now just got to figure out how to move forward.

    Whats done is done so please dont bash my head against the wall:(

    @skuzy, you're in the right place to address those issues :)

    @fossill, we all have learning experiences. I made some big stuff ups (to the tune of nearly $50k) early on. As you say, it's about moving forward. With the right mindset you'll find a way to move forward. There's always a way.

    Thanks,And I know I will find answers here as I have before in the past and on SS.
    Just need to know the right question to ask.
    I haven't lost anything yet,and will make the best effort for this not to happen.
    Apart from the LOC on my PPOR I have a zero balance as of 2 days ago,Just need to sort the IP out.
