    What a depressing place!
I bought not too far from there in Carlingford two years ago on a block that's just about on 1000m2 for less than $800k. This is in a more desirable location (my block has a HV powerline over the backyard, but the land is less than a third of mine and the house is a knock down.
Crazy if it goes above $800k!

What time was the auction? The property is now listed as sold.

Wow, interesting. It was listed as being 1pm.
I had looked at the listing maybe 1 hour ago and it was not sold so it must have only been updated now.
I assume the buyer was not @Blue Cat or else his post would have been different....

And for anybody following this thread in another area, its raining right now.

No, it's a PPOR and the minimum block size is 750m2.

    $30k less than that actually.

Only on face value - is it under Parramatta LGA?

Hornsby (were a pia) - had to pay increased levies for some hole in the ground.

I'm with the Hills currently and would have preferred to stay.
I should get some trees planted on the nature strip for free while I can (not sure if Parramatta offers that as well).

Yes it appears the property was sold today prior to auction. No idea what it went for, but its safe to assume <$860k.. Not too bummed as I am hoping to find something with a larger block.

I see. Now its listed as removed on Domain. Lets see if something is listed on tonights auction results, but my bet is that the price wont be revealed. So I guess its onto @Jacque's Collaroy "guess my sale price" home....

If you aren't giving the game away @Gockie - we're going to have to wait until it's published :(

It sold prior to auction $820K peeps..... vendor didn't want to take to auction and I think this one seems actually undersold compared to interest out there. Tiny land, very poor condition and other circumstances I believe held it back.
