    Well, the post was relevant, shows how two faced, weak and useless the current leaders are with respect to negative gearing reform.

    The issue will remain a hot topic regardless, it will never die until negative gearing does.

    Same logic as APRA/ASIC putting a clamp on credit to slow housing growth and then the RBA decreasing rates to stimulate the economy. Do they even talk to each other, probably not!

    Remedy for me is to develop new stock thats neutral to positive on completion and usually in a trust that you cant NG anyway.
