    Based on current zoning, proximity to other development & wind direction - I'd suggest a docking station for the Starship Enterprise.

    Currently the zone is:

    • Land Use 1: Subdivided Land - Discounted By Lg
    • Zoning: Not Zoned
    Will it be townhouses? I think it will be but how can I confirm this?

    It is zoned NC Neighbourhood Centre. My guess is it will be developed as a mixed use development with a combination of commercial/retail and residential.

    Edit:
    Yep. A DA has been lodged with Council but not yet approved (see link below). They are proposing ~5000sqm of commercial space and ~70 x 2/3 bed units.
