    What type of title is this property ? Is it a strata type title or is it an house type of title ? It is part of a 3 houses in a small land, but it is advertised as a house

    Its a Community Title, kind of like a strata but generally only covers the common land (eg driveway) and not the buildings and will have some strata type rules about what you can/cant do.
