What tree/ shrub is this

I want to transplant this one to another part of the yard or cut it down, as its giving me a lot of shadow and insects/ spiders!!

    A species of Verdas Folias but without an idea of leaf shape or flower can't be more specific.

    We'd need a close up of a leaf to help identify it and which state/area it's in.

    Reminds me a bit of a Camelia bush

    Not sure ,but to transplant a tree that size would kill the tree,does the plant flower at all..
    If it has a white flower then it may well be a Camelia as already has been said..

    You could just prune it a bit so it’s less dense.
